Tying the Knot of Joy at our 3rd Stall

Let me transport you to the delightful world of my third stall experience, where happiness and excitement were in abundance! This is my account of the visitors and customers who graced my stall.

As I set up the stall, a little boy, brimming with joy, became my very first visitor and customer. He couldn't resist the charm of the wooden car toy. His enthusiasm was infectious. I couldn't resist capturing the moment with a picture together. That little one was simply adorable!

Two girls strolled in, claiming to be mere window shoppers. Little did we know that our casual encounter would turn into an unforgettable conversation. They were genuinely intrigued with my work and bombarded me with questions. They wanted to know about the time and dedication each piece required, my experience of setting up stalls, and more! Their curiosity knew no bounds. We shared stories, and they even gave me snippets about their own lives. With every passing moment, their affection for my stall grew, and they expressed their desire to purchase everything.😀 The sparkle in their eyes was matched only by their eagerness to learn the art of macramé. One of the girls said that if I taught her how to make a key tag, she would proudly sell it to her friends at school for a handsome sum. We shared a laugh as I humorously replied that I would charge her the same amount if she chose to buy it from me!

Another moment of pure joy arrived when a young boy and his mother appeared before me. His fascination with a kitchen set was palpable as he pleaded with his mom to make the purchase. It was a heart-warming sight, to witness a little boy embracing his love for a kitchen set.

As the day progressed, more children arrived, their eyes wide with excitement. One young girl declared my stall as her absolute favourite, her words ringing with pure joy. Another little girl eagerly anticipated her grandmother's return from work so that she could get one of my handmade key tags. With the key tag in her hand, she couldn't help but admire its cuteness and even tried it on her bag, exclaiming in amazement at how wonderful it looked.

And amidst the bustling atmosphere, I received an additional dose of happiness—a compliment on my dress from a little girl. Her kind words about the stall and my attire brought an extra sparkle to an already extraordinary day.

The stall was not only a playground for children but also a magnet for curious and spirited adults. An art teacher, brimming with excitement, connected with her daughter in the US via video call. She eagerly showcased my creations, painting vivid descriptions of each piece. Her intention was to take a piece of my work for her daughter when she travelled. The love and warmth shared across the screen reminded me of my mom, who does the same with me.

Another gentleman, captivated by a straw bag, tested its versatility by contemplating if he could carry his tiffin to work. Eventually, he settled on a key tag, which he promptly fastened to his bundle of keys.

A couple preparing for their upcoming journey abroad made their way to my stall, seeking something special to adorn their space there. While the wife's eyes sparkled with excitement and a longing for multiple items, her husband played the role of a sceptic, playfully refusing each suggestion. Their light-hearted banter brought smiles.

Even those with an eye for aesthetics couldn't resist approaching my stall. While couple of them inquired about the items used solely for display and not for sale, one customer, returned curious about the cute paper covers in which I packed her product. Even in my previous stall, I remember one of my customers appreciating them. Their admiration became an unexpected compliment, leaving me with a sense of pride and contentment.

Standing amidst the vibrant canopy of conversations, I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty that unfolded before me, and the sheer happiness handmade creations can bring. What more could I have asked for than to witness the genuine expressions of delight on the faces of children and adults alike? The countless hours spent preparing for the stall had resulted in a tapestry of shared happiness, laughter, and appreciation. The true measure of achievement lay in the threads of connection that were woven throughout the day.

As the day drew to a close, tiredness settled in, but my heart was filled with a profound sense of fulfilment. Resting my sore back, I reflected on the incredible memories created and the bonds forged. Each interaction held a special place in my heart. The stall may have ended, but the magic of those moments will forever shine brightly in my memories.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the wonderful visitors, especially those who made purchases. Your support and enthusiasm mean the world to me.❤️
